  • Consultation with Healthcare Professional: Prior to engaging in any martial arts training, it is strongly recommended that participants consult with a qualified healthcare professional to assess their physical condition and suitability for such activities.
  • Qualified Supervision: Users are responsible for ensuring they have adequate space, equipment, and supervision suitable for their level of experience and physical condition. Users should seek qualified instruction and supervision from certified martial arts instructors.  All information provided is for information purposes only and should not be substituted for qualified instruction.
  • Personal Responsibility: Participants are solely responsible for their own actions and well-being during martial arts training sessions. Users must exercise caution and judgment to avoid injury to themselves and others.
  • Age Restrictions: Minors should obtain parental or guardian consent before engaging in any martial arts training exercises featured on this streaming service. Parents or guardians should supervise minors at all times during training sessions.  Users must be eighteen (18) years of age or have parent or guardian’s permission before registering for BudoTV.com membership.  By registering for BudoTV.com, I certify that I am over the age of eighteen (18) or have the permission of my legal parent and/or guardian.
  • Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the creators, instructors, and operators of this streaming service from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their use of the provided martial arts training videos.  By accessing BudoTV.com, I acknowledge that I am aware of, appreciate the character of, and voluntarily assume the inherent risks and dangers involved in participating/engaging in the practice of martial arts and related activities.  I fully realize and clearly understand that I am placing myself and/or other in danger of possible bodily injury if I choose to engage in any of the activities presented in the videos on BudoTV.com.  It is with full realization and clear understanding of the aforementioned risks and dangers that I voluntarily agree to access the videos on BudoTV.com. By accessing BudoTV.com or any affiliated websites, on behalf of myself and my child’s behalf, my heirs and my child’s heirs, my next of kin and my child’s next of kin, my successors in interest and my child’s successors in interests, my personal representatives and my child’s personal representatives, I hereby: 
  • Waive any claim or cause of action against and release from liability BudoTV, BudoTV.com, Dynamic Martial Arts of Sioux Falls, Yamazato Video, and their officers, employees, and agents, for any liability for injuries to my person or property as a result of the training, guidance, and/or instructions accessed on aforementioned website and its affiliated sites or seminars.
  • Agree to indemnify and hold harmless BudoTV, its officers, employees, and agents for any claims, causes of action, or liability for injuries to any other person or property as a result of the training, guidance, and/or instructions accessed on aforementioned website and its affiliated sites or seminars.
  • I certify that I am over 18 years of age.
  • Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the use of this streaming service or the interpretation, validity, enforcement, or breach of this disclaimer, including its formation, interpretation, performance, or termination, shall be settled by binding arbitration conducted in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The user agrees to bear all costs associated with the arbitration process, including but not limited to filing fees, arbitrator fees, and any other administrative fees required for the arbitration process.
